Architectural Review Board – 2025
Overview & Duties
- 7 regular members and 2 alternates; two year term or until reappointed by action of the Mayor and City Council
- Generally meets 3rd Tuesday of each month, City Council Chambers, 6116 Broadway at 5:30 p.m.
- Functions as an advisory body to review multi-family and commercial projects in addition to residential projects subject to Demolition Review.
- The Board also reviews and independently approves signage cases
