R-O-W Encroachment
On April 9, 2012, City Council amended the requirements for Sec. 16-103 related to permits for abutting-property encroachments into the City right-of-way ($150 fee). However, other encroachment processes include licenses to use ROW or easement ($500 application fee and a minimum $2,000 license fee); closure, vacation and abandonment ($500 application fee); releasing or granting an easement ($500 application fee).
