A permit is required and must be clearly displayed. Garage and estate sales must be held between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Garage and estate sales are not permitted on Sundays.
Property owner to apply in-person or on-line between 8am and 5pm, Monday-Friday. Submit request no later than 12pm two days prior to the start date of the sale in order for the City to install temporary No-Parking signs, if needed. Bring a form of ID or utility bill that shows the owner’s current property address (i.e. driver’s license or utility bill showing property owner’s current mailing address; address needs to match the property address of which the sale will be held).
